Note: Penalties

Cancellation fee

Fee in BRL - There is no longer a points penalty for cancellation. When applicable, the fee is proportional in BRL (up to 30% of the estimate), with a preview in the app.

Pickup delay

Fee in BRL - After the free wait time for your ride type, delay may add a proportional fee in BRL (not points).

Negative Driver Rating

Variable penalty - If the driver rates you negatively, points may be deducted

Inappropriate Behavior

Variable penalty - Reported inappropriate behavior may result in lost points
