Step by step
for passengers
Six stages cover download through end of trip. In the app, several of these steps appear on one screen so requesting a ride takes fewer taps.
Download and sign up
Free app on the App Store and Google Play. Create an account in minutes with email or phone.
Pickup and destination
Enter where you are and where you are going. The app estimates route, time, and price before you confirm.
Now or scheduled
Request an immediate ride or reserve pickup date and time. For scheduled rides, chat follows privacy rules until near the booked time.
Modality and payment
Choose Go, Flow, Bag, Prime, or Moto. See the estimate, coupons or benefits, and confirm card, PIX, wallet, or cash.
Follow on the map
See the driver en route, ETA, and path in real time. Share the trip with trusted contacts if you want.
Pay, rate, and history
Finish payment with the chosen method, rate the experience, and review past rides in history.
Price and payment
Before confirming, the app shows an estimate based on route, modality, and demand. Coupon, wallet, or campaign discounts appear when applicable.

Ride PIN

The algorithm considers proximity, ratings, and context to offer fast options and fare aligned to the route.
Pickup punctuality
After the driver marks arrival at pickup, there is free wait time by modality (e.g. 5–10 min). Longer delays may add a passenger fee in BRL and driver compensation in BRL, per the cancellation policy shown in the app.
Transparent pricing
You see an estimate before confirming. The final amount may vary slightly with traffic and real time, per rules shown in the app.
In-app support
In Messages talk to Akrid: an assistant for quick questions and a human team when you need it.
Missions and points
When campaigns are active, join missions and earn points for benefits and partners — based on availability in your region.
Points, partners, and coupons
Earn points on eligible rides, redeem benefits, and use the partner program when offers exist in your region. Affiliates and promo coupons can also change the final price — the app shows details before you confirm.
