Delivery operating rules
These rules guide pickup, transport, and delivery to protect the sender, recipient, partner driver, and platform operations.
Packaging and inspection
The sender must package the item appropriately for its weight, size, and fragility. The driver may refuse unsafe packages.
PIN, identity, and delivery
When enabled, the PIN must be validated at pickup and delivery. The recipient should inspect the item before completion.
Waiting, redelivery, and absence
Waiting time, failed attempts, an incorrect address, or recipient absence may result in an extra fee or return to sender.
Declared value and liability
The declared value must reflect the contents. Operational limits and specific dispute, refund, and proof-of-delivery rules apply.
