Participation terms — Akrid Delivery driver

1. Purpose

These terms supplement the Akrid partner driver/courier agreement and govern package delivery services (Akrid Delivery), including pickup, transport, and delivery without carrying passengers.

2. Eligibility and registration

The courier must have a vehicle compatible with the enabled option (motorcycle, car, utility, or van), valid documents, mandatory insurance, and explicit opt-in to Deliveries in the driver app.

3. Courier obligations

• Confirm pickup and delivery through the app flow, including PIN when required.
• Record proof-of-delivery photos when requested.
• Do not transport prohibited items.
• Respect the weight and declared-value limits of the accepted option.
• Keep sender and recipient data confidential under applicable privacy law.

4. Compensation

Amounts shown in the offer follow the platform's commercial policy. Earnings sent to Stripe Connect follow its automatic payout schedule; only eligible balance shown as available in the app can be requested with the Withdraw button.

5. Liability

The courier is responsible for package integrity during transport, except in proven force majeure cases. Disputes are reviewed using photos, PIN, and platform records.

6. Term

Participation remains active while the Deliveries opt-in is enabled. Akrid may suspend access for violations of these terms or the general Terms of Use.
