How do I receive my earnings?

Card earnings sent to Stripe Connect follow automatic payouts and are not included in the Withdraw button. For eligible balance shown in the app, the minimum is R$ 50.00. The free window is Monday and Friday, 10:00–18:00; outside it, 0.5% + R$ 2.00 is deducted from the requested amount.

A ride commission applies according to the modality, with no signup or monthly fee. Manual withdrawals of eligible balance are free in the free window and cost 0.5% + R$ 2.00 outside it. Automatic Stripe Connect payouts have no Akrid withdrawal fee.

If the passenger changes the destination in the app, you get a notification with the new estimate. At completion, the fare may be recalculated for very short trips, route deviation, heavier traffic, or drop-off far from the destination — with the same public rules on Fares and completion. Use “Review fare” in history if you disagree.

Do I earn points if the passenger is late at pickup?

No. Compensation for prolonged pickup wait after you mark arrival is in cash (80% of the proportional fee charged to the passenger), per the current cancellation policy — not in points. The amount appears in the ride financial flow, not in your points balance.
