When You Get Paid
Full flow from ride completion to money in your account.
Ride Completed
After the ride ends and the passenger rates, the amount is credited to your account.
Available to Withdraw
Only settled funds shown as available balance can be requested in the app. Stripe Connect earnings follow automatic payouts.
Request Withdrawal
You can request eligible balance from R$ 50.00. The fee depends on the request day and time.
Processing
The request remains processing until provider confirmation and may require review for security or liquidity reasons.

Platform Fee
Standard commission deducted automatically from each ride

Withdrawal Fee
No fee on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 to 18:00 (São Paulo/BrasÃlia). Outside the window, 0.5% + R$ 2.00 is deducted from the requested amount. This does not apply to automatic Stripe Connect payouts.
