    Drive safely, follow traffic laws, and prioritize passenger safety.

    Prohibited Actions

    These actions are strictly prohibited and may result in severe penalties.

    Smoking in the Vehicle

    Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited, even with no passengers.

    Alcohol or Drugs

    Driving under the influence is prohibited. Violations result in immediate ban.

    Harassment or Misconduct

    Any harassment, inappropriate comments, or misconduct is prohibited.

    Discrimination

    Discriminating against passengers for any reason is not allowed.

    Refusing Passengers

    Refusing passengers for discriminatory reasons is not allowed. Accept all valid rides.

    Unauthorized Extra Charges

    Do not charge beyond the app fare. Do not request or accept extra payments.

    Light

    For minor behaviors with limited impact.
