    Minimum Age

    Be at least 18 years old

    Valid Driver's License

    Required

    Category B license for at least 1 year, no restrictions, with EAR

    Own Vehicle

    Required

    Vehicle in good condition, year/model per chosen ride type

    Documents Up to Date

    Required

    License, ID, proof of address, and vehicle documents

    Bank Account

    Required

    Active bank account to receive earnings

    Vehicle Insurance

    Required

    Mandatory vehicle insurance up to date

    Akrid Flow

    • Sedan vehicles
    • Vehicles up to 8 years old
    • Working air conditioning
    • Good condition

    Akrid Bag

    • Sedans or higher-category vehicles (per app rules)
    • Vehicles up to 8 years old
    • Working trunk and interior suitable for shopping and light loads
    • Working A/C and regularized documentation

    Akrid Prime

    • Executive/luxury vehicles
    • Vehicles up to 8 years old
    • Air conditioning and extra comfort
    • Excellent condition

    Required Documents

    Prepare all documents before starting registration.

    • Driver's license — front and back
    • ID or license (photo ID) — front and back
    • Proof of address (last 3 months)
    • Valid criminal background certificate (approval required before driving)
    • Vehicle registration certificate (CRLV)
    • Vehicle insurance
    • Vehicle photos (front, rear, and side)

    Important Information

    Background Check

    The criminal background certificate must be uploaded and approved before the driver can go online, view offers, or accept rides. There is no provisional access during review.

    Approval Time

    Review may take 24 to 48 business hours. You will be notified by email about your application status.

    Expired Documents

    All documents must be valid and up to date. Expired documents will not be accepted.
