Withdrawals
Everything about when you can withdraw, fees, timelines and how to receive your earnings securely.
Two Payout Flows
Not every earning uses the Withdraw button. The destination depends on who currently holds the funds.
Card — automatic Stripe Connect payout
The driver's share is sent to their Stripe Connect account and follows Stripe's automatic payout schedule to the registered bank account. It is not withdrawn a second time through Akrid and has no Akrid withdrawal fee.
Available balance — request in the app
The Withdraw button uses only eligible platform-held balance, currently mainly settled PIX earnings through Mercado Pago and other eligible credits. Pending funds and amounts already sent to Stripe Connect are excluded.
When Can I Withdraw?
The app separates automatic Stripe Connect payouts from balance eligible for a manual Akrid withdrawal.
Ride completed
After completion and payment confirmation, earnings follow the flow for the corresponding payment method.
Available balance
Only settled funds shown in the app as available balance can be withdrawn. Funds still processing are excluded.
Request in the app
Open earnings in the driver app and request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum amount.
Payout
The request remains processing until the provider confirms it. The app displays payment progress and completion.

Full transparency: you see the net amount before confirming the withdrawal in the app.
Fee in the free window
No fee when requested during the free window (Mondays and Fridays, 10:00–18:00 BrasÃlia time).

Fee outside the free window
Outside the free window, R$ 2.00 plus 0.5% of the requested amount is deducted. For a R$ 100.00 withdrawal, the fee is R$ 2.50 and the net amount is R$ 97.50. The app shows both before confirmation.

Platform fee per ride
The platform commission is calculated on the ride and is separate from the withdrawal fee. Outside the free window, the withdrawal fee is still deducted from the requested amount.

Free Withdrawal Window
Requests made during the free window have no Akrid withdrawal fee.
The current free window is on Mondays and Fridays, from 10:00 to 18:00, São Paulo/BrasÃlia time. Outside this period, the fee is 0.5% + R$ 2.00. The current rule is also shown in the app before confirmation.
How You Receive Withdrawals
PIX
Payment to the PIX key registered in the app. The request is completed only after confirmation from the payment provider.
Bank transfer
Transfer to your checking or savings account. Keep branch, account and account type up to date.
Withdrawal Requirements
- At least R$ 50.00 in available withdrawal balance
- Verified, active driver account with up-to-date documents
- Bank details or PIX key registered and validated in the app
- Available balance (excludes processing funds and amounts already sent to Stripe Connect)
- No other withdrawal currently in progress
Security and Timelines
Secure processing
Akrid reserves the balance when it receives the request and tracks payment until provider confirmation. Keep bank or PIX details updated to avoid failures and delays.
Credit timeline
Timing depends on the selected method and provider. A withdrawal remains processing until confirmed; failures or required reviews are shown in the app.
