Clear rules for point-based benefits, in-store validation, settlement with Akrid, and portal use. This text is informational; specific signed agreements prevail.

Program purpose

Akrid’s commercial partnership program lets businesses offer benefits redeemable with app points. Passengers earn points from rides and missions and exchange them for vouchers.

Akrid provides the in-app catalog, redemption flow, and partner portal. Specific commercial conditions are agreed separately.

Vouchers, validation, and use

Each redemption creates a unique code and QR voucher, presented at checkout under the offer rules.
An authorized user must validate it in the partner portal.
After validation, the benefit is considered used and cannot be reused.
Expiration dates and limits are shown to passengers in the app.

Financial settlement and payments

Each offer has an agreed internal settlement cost; passengers see its point value and terms in the app.
Voucher validation records the amount due. Akrid processes payments on agreed cycles.
Partners must keep bank or PIX details current in the portal.
Questions about amounts, schedules, or statements must use official channels.

Data, conduct, and privacy

We process personal data under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Fraud, improper validation, collusion, and point-program manipulation are prohibited.
Akrid may suspend or end a partnership for serious violations, fraud, or risk.

Changes and questions

Akrid may update program operations to improve safety and experience. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
