    Respect and Courtesy

    Treat the driver with respect and courtesy. Use appropriate language throughout the trip.

    Safety

    Always wear a seat belt. Keep appropriate behavior during the trip.

    Passenger Limit

    Respect the vehicle passenger limit. Do not exceed capacity.

    Luggage

    Tell the driver about large or special luggage before the trip. Respect available space.

    Prohibited Actions

    These actions are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

    Smoking

    Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

    Alcohol Consumption

    Consuming alcoholic beverages in the vehicle during the trip is prohibited.

    Misconduct

    Aggressive, offensive, harassing, or uncomfortable behavior toward the driver is not allowed.

    Damaging the Vehicle

    Damaging, excessively soiling, or causing any harm to the driver’s vehicle is not allowed.

    Prohibited Items

    Transporting weapons, drugs, illegal substances, or dangerous items is not allowed.

    Unauthorized Stops

    Do not request stops in prohibited or dangerous places. Respect traffic rules.

    Consequences for Violations

    Depending on severity, different measures may apply.

    Light

    For minor behaviors with limited impact.

    • Email warning

    Moderate

    For important rule violations or discomfort.

    • Temporary suspension
    • 7 to 30 day block

    Severe

    For illegal, aggressive, or life-threatening behavior.

    • Permanent ban
    • Report to authorities
