How passengers and drivers earn points and how they can use them on Akrid.
Overview
The points program rewards frequent, high-quality app use. Passengers earn by completing rides and rating; drivers earn by finishing rides, keeping good ratings, and staying available. Points can be redeemed for coupons, discounts, and benefits.
Passenger Points
How to earn
- Completed ride+10 points
Every time you finish a ride.
- 5-star rating+15 points
Rate the driver with 5 stars.
- 4-star rating+8 points
Positive ratings also earn points.
- 5-ride streak+25 points
5 rides in a row without canceling.
- 10-ride streak+60 points
Keep the streak for a bigger bonus.
- Long rideVariable bonus
Rides over 15 km earn extra points.

General Points Rules
Points have validity and usage rules. Always check the app for current balance and redemption offers.
- Points are credited after ride completion and, when applicable, after rating.
- Points may expire after inactivity; the deadline is shown in the app.
- Redeeming coupons or benefits consumes points according to the chosen offer.
- Transferring points between accounts or selling points is not allowed.
- Akrid may adjust scoring and redemption rules with prior notice.
